Your pets love regular schedules. If you choose us on a regular basis we get to know and care best for your pet. We therefore give discounts to regular customers.
SERVICES
DOG WALKING SERVICES.
We pick up your dog from home and walk your dog in your neighbourhood or in the nearest park. This can also include feeding, brushing, playing and medication, as required.
This service is ideal for a person/person that have a long working day and need their pet walked during the day. A long day away can make dogs anxious and lonely, let alone, miss the outdoor regular exercise that they need. We also have clients that, due to illness or accident, are unable, for a time, to take their dog for a walk.
We can step in either on a regular basis or for unexpected delays at work or an evening out.
We try to fit in with the dog’s daily schedule of walks and feeding time within the hour scheduled.
We look after one or two dogs at a time regardless of the type of dog or age, but, unless they are perfectly trained on a lead, we will only take dogs under 20 kg.

CAT HOME DROP-IN SERVICES
Whether you are away on holiday or away for the weekend, cats are happier and healthier when they stay in their own home. We come to visit them once or twice daily, as required.
This service can include feeding, changing the litter, playing, brushing and medication (as required.) We will keep a check on the house, ensuring that it looks like there is a presence; and we can also look after your plants.
To ensure the safety of your cat(s) while you are absent, we keep them indoors. For their well-being, we recommend a maximum of 2 weeks’ absence.

Wendy is an active retired professional in banking and real estate management having worked both in Switzerland and Sofia.

You can rest assured that your dogs and/or cats will have the best care during home visits.
If, for any reason, Wendy cannot make the appointment then there is a stand-in person who has worked with Wendy for over 8 years. They have looked after others' homes, and walked dogs when needed, and proven entirely trustworthy and reliable. This ensures that your pet will always be looked after in any event.
The administration, accounting and scheduling are done by a supporting specialist to ensure that the focus is on you and your pets.
The area of service is Lozenets within a radius of 10 km from James Bouchier.
This includes Lozenets, the Center, Dragalevtsi, and Simeonovo.
Other areas may be available upon request.
